Referral Received: Your GP or specialist sends us a referral. Our team reviews it and ensures all required information is in place.

Booking Your Procedure: Our bookings team contacts you to arrange a suitable date, time, and location. We explain fees, billing, and what to expect.

Pre-Admission & Preparation: You receive clear instructions before your procedure, including fasting, medications and arrival times. Our team is available to answer any questions.

Arrival on the Day: You check in at reception and are warmly welcomed by our clinical team. We confirm your details and guide you through the next steps.

Pre-Procedure Care: Our nurses prepare you for your procedure and ensure you are comfortable. Your specialist and anaesthetist will see you before proceeding.

Your Procedure: Your procedure is performed safely in our modern, fully accredited theatres by experienced specialists and clinical staff.

Recovery & Monitoring: After your procedure, you recover in a dedicated recovery area under close nursing observation until you are ready to go home.

Discharge & Going Home: Once medically cleared, you receive discharge instructions, prescriptions if required and follow-up details. A responsible adult will take you home.

Follow-Up Care: We provide clear guidance on recovery and next steps. Your specialist and GP receives a report and we are available if you have any post-procedure concerns.
